General Liability Coverage and Features

  • Time-Element Pollution Coverage resulting from an Eligible Pollution Incident – 30 day discovery/90 day reporting
  • Blanket Additional Insured as required by written contract
  • Blanket Waivers of Subrogation as required by written contract
  • Primary and Non-contributory
  • Coverage Territory includes, worldwide with certain restrictions and conditions
  • Notice and Knowledge of Occurrence
  • Unintentional Omission or Failure to Disclose
  • Limited Product Recall Expense ($100,000 sub-limit)
  • Bodily Injury Redefined (includes mental anguish or other mental injury to that person sustaining physical injury)
  • Insured Contract Exception (eliminates exception for construction or demolition within  50 feet of a  railroad)
  • Expanded Limits for Supplementary Payments Coverage A and B
